Print Providers &
Return Policies

Print-On-Demand

We use print-on-demand providers that print, pack & print the products for us. We are responsible for the design and creation process of the product and once the order is approved by you and sent to fulfillment, it is out of our hands and no changes can be made. We have no control over the printing, packing & shipping/delivery part of the process. 

Providers: Printful & Printify
  • Each print provider is different in how they pack and ship a product so we have no control over that.

  • Depending on the print provider, some pillow cases may be packed separate from the pillow.

  • Because we use multiple print providers, the deliveries may be separate. So keep in mind if you order multiple items, they may be delivered at different times. 

  • We cannot guarantee that the color you see or choose will accurately illustrate the true color of the design or product. Our photos and mockups are to give you an idea of the product size and design. Please understand that the actual color may vary on your computer monitor or phone screen and may be different in person. 

Shipping & Delivery
  • Shipping times are estimate times only. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date.

  • We do not guarantee a specific delivery date and we are not held responsible for any delays. 

  • Holidays natural disasters, weather, and any other circumstance could delay item/items.

  • We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date.

  • If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us so we know and do our best to get it to you in time.

  • If the design of the product you received (not the packing or box) does not live up to your quality standards, please contact us. We can work with the print provider and order a free reprint (certain Terms and Conditions may apply).

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges or requests on any customized/personalized products. We ask that you communicate any specific requests by contacting us prior or during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message.

 

We pride ourselves on communicating with our customers and want to achieve the design they're happy with. However, if the design of the product you received (not the packing or box) does not live up to your quality standards, please contact us. We can work with the print provider and order a free reprint (certain Terms and Conditions may apply). We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

Eligibility
  • Please contact us within 30 days of the product delivery and we will contact our print providers. They will need certain information and proof (which we will communicate with you) and they will determine eligibility.

  • We cannot refund or cancel orders if they did not reach you on time. If your order did not reach to you on time, please contact us and the shipping carrier. We try our best to work with you but don't control shipping. Please understand, NO returns are accepted for shipping delays.

  • Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all of our shipping carriers, and these will increase in the holiday season. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking provides an estimated delivery date.
