Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is the customization process like?
    💗In order to customize a product, you must go to the product and underneath the price there's a text box where you can type the name, initial, etc. 💗When purchasing a customized/personalized pillow, blanket or swaddle, please allow 24 hours for the product to be customized before it's sent to fulfillment. 💗Once you contact us and request a design, please allow 24-48 hours for the design to be created and receive a response from us. 💗If we do not get a response on approvals on proofs of custom orders, we'll wait 1 week and then make the order and ship it. We need to adhere to shop deadlines and can't hold orders beyond a certain date. 💗If you would like a proof/mockup of the design before it's sent to fulfillment, please contact us to let us know you want one.
  • What if I want to change the color of a product or text?
    💗If you're wanting to change the color to any product or text, please contact us before placing your order. Please fill out the form on the contact page or email lindsay@theschwabshop.shop to communicate what changes you'd like to make before ordering. We would like to communicate with you before you order as the pricing may change. 💗Please note that any changes to text styles/fonts and colors will delay the production process and delivery time. 💗We will do our best to accommodate to the color/font choice you want, but please be aware that our choices may be limited. 💗If you're wanting a different text color (say the text is white and you want pink), then you can fill out the form on the contact page or email lindsay@theschwabshop.shop. We will do our best to accommodate to the color choice you're wanting. 💗If you're wanting a different text style/font, then you can contact us and we can accommodate to the color choice you're wanting. 💗If you're wanting a different product color (say a blanket is blue and you want green), then you can contact us and we can accommodate to the color choice you're wanting.
  • If I see a product that doesn't have a name on it but would like to add one, can I do that?
    💗Yes! We can customize any product, so if you see something that doesn't have a name on it, please fill out the contact form or email lindsay@theschwabshop.shop and we can personalize it for you. 💗Same goes if you see a design on a blanket/swaddle and want it on a pillow or vice versa, you can do so by contacting us. 💗If you see a product that has a name on it and would like to remove it, leave the text box blank or leave a note for us that you would prefer to not have the name. You can also contact us to let us know as well. 💗Please allow 24-48 hours after contacting us to design the product and respond back to you.
  • For example, I see a product that has footballs on it but want basketballs, can I change that?
    💗Yes! We can customize any product, so if you see something that you're wanting to alter to what you want, please fill out the contact form or email lindsay@theschwabshop.shop and we can personalize it for you. 💗Please allow 24-48 hours after contacting us to design the product and respond back to you. 💗We will do our best to accommodate to the sports, animals, designs, etc. you want, but please be aware that our choices may be limited. 💗We want to be able to personalize any product for you, but please know that we may not have every design, color, font, clip art, etc. you may want.
  • Is there really free shipping on all the products?
    💗Yes! Our prices might be a little higher, but you won't pay for shipping which is huge! We want our customers to be able to buy a product(s) and not worry about shipping.
  • What if an item is returned to The Schwab Shop after it's shipped?
    If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason, the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.
  • What are the care instructions?
    💗For Pillows: Remove the pillow cover. Pre-treat the stains with soft cloth or bristle brush that had been soaked in warm soapy water. Machine wash, max 40°C (104°F), normal cycle. Do not bleach, tumble dry on low, do not dry-clean. Iron, steam, or dry low heat only. Fluff to reshape when assembling it back together. 💗For Baby Swaddles: Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F); Do not bleach; Tumble dry: low heat; Do not iron; Do not dry-clean. 💗For Blankets: Do not dry-clean; Do not iron; Tumble dry: low heat; Do not bleach; Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F), *hand wash will extend the quality of the product. Important: The blanket is strongly pressed during the printing process and should be washed prior to the first use to regain its form.
  • What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?
    The Schwab Shop is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.
  • What are the size dimensions for the pillows?
    💗The pictures shown here are to give you an idea of the size dimensions for the pillows. 💗Please note that each photo represents different pillows and providers. Each product has a list of sizes in the description so you know what each pillow design offers. 💗If you have a question about the sizing, please contact us.
  • What are the size dimensions for the blankets?
    💗The picture shown here is to give you an idea of the size dimensions for the blankets on a queen size bed. 💗Please note that all the swaddles are 30"x40". 💗Each product has a list of sizes in the description so you know what each blanket design offers. 💗If you have a question about the sizing, please contact us.
