Hi there! My name is Lindsay Schwab and I'm a proud wife, mama, daughter, sister, friend and follower of Christ. I was born and raised in Nebraska and went to college at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Go Big Red! After I graduated, I moved to Scottsdale, AZ and lived there for 6 years. I then decided to moved back to Nebraska where I met my amazing hubby and we now have a wild and crazy 2 1/2-year-old little girl.
My Story
I wanted to tell you a little bit about me and how I got here! I met my husband on Match.com and we got married in November of 2020, yes the year of COVID and had to reschedule our wedding 3 times (cue stress & anxiety)! We ended up having a little girl about a year later and when she was 3 months old, I got into a car accident (my daughter wasn’t with me, thank the Lord!) and unfortunately got major whiplash, really messing up my neck and back. At the time I was an esthetician and owned a skincare business (Youthful You Esthetics) and because of the accident, I was unable to go back to work and my business. It was truly heartbreaking having to close down my business, but I knew my health and healing was a priority.
After the accident, I didn’t know what God had in store for me, but I prayed for guidance and trusted He had a plan for me. One day, I found a print-on-demand company that allowed me to design a product and then they would print, pack and ship the products for me. I started designing Nebraska Husker (of course) quarter zips and crewnecks for myself and received a lot of compliments from friends and family when I’d wear them out. I also got into designing pillows and blankets and once again, my friends and family members were asking me to make pillows and blankets for them. So that’s when I thought…hmm this could be something!
So, I decided to take a leap of faith and build a business with what I’ve created! I wanted to create things that people always want/need like pillows, blankets & swaddles for their homes and babies! I also wanted to offer the ability to customize products for a loved one or for a gift. Having my little girl, I've realized how special it is to have personalized items, especially something with a name on it. Everyone has different tastes and styles, so being able to customize products to cater to people's interests is so special to me! I love designing and creating things for people and showing them love.
